TIPS TO REDUCE POLLUTION IN YOUR RESTAURANT
Use chafing fuels that do not contain methanol. You can find many options here.
Use paints that are Low VOC or No VOC. VOC stands for Volatile Organic Compounds, which can have adverse health effects. VOCs can be found in carpets, the air, aerosol sprays, and much more.
Use a green certified pest company. These companies use other methods before resorting to pesticide use.
Use electric or biodiesel delivery vehicles
Purchase non-toxic candle alternatives (such as LED, beeswax, soy)
