Green cleaning chemicals are certified by a third-party that uses rigorous testing to ensure the chemicals are more environmentally sustainable and healthier for human use. The GRA recognizes:

TIPS TO REDUCE POLLUTION IN YOUR RESTAURANT

Use chafing fuels that do not contain methanol. You can find many options here

Use paints that are Low VOC or No VOC. VOC stands for Volatile Organic Compounds, which can have adverse health effects. VOCs can be found in carpets, the air, aerosol sprays, and much more.

Use a green certified pest company. These companies use other methods before resorting to pesticide use.
