The cafeteria offers a dynamic dining experience with 10+ stations and fresh weekly menus inspired by our globally diverse community—welcoming guests from more than 100 countries and cultures, from Southeast Asia to Latin America, Africa, and beyond. Highlights include Green Bowl, our popular better-for-you station with a planet-forward menu featuring only sustainable protein options, and the Mediterranean Table, showcasing dishes from countries along the Mediterranean that follow the principles of the Mediterranean diet for more wholesome, heart-healthy choices. The Mediterranean Table has been featured and highlighted by the Mediterranean Diet Roundtable (MDR), a think tank and leadership platform founded in 2015 that promotes Mediterranean ingredients and cuisines by connecting science, culture, and business through conferences and thought-leadership events to advance Mediterranean-style eating in institutional and commercial foodservice.
