Students can explore global cuisines, customizable dishes, comfort foods, and nutritious options designed to accommodate a wide range of dietary needs and preferences. Shine – Breakfast Grill: Start the day with classic breakfast favorites prepared fresh each morning. Home – Omelets: Build your own omelet with a selection of fresh vegetables, cheeses, and proteins. Fruit & Yogurt: A rotating selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, and lighter breakfast or snack options. Quesera!: Mexican-inspired favorites featuring tacos, quesadillas, and bold flavors. Fuze: Asian-inspired cuisine with stir-fry dishes prepared with vegetables, proteins, and sauces. Brick: Hand-tossed pizza, pasta, and Italian-inspired comfort foods. Green: Fresh salads, grains, and lighter fare featuring seasonal ingredients. Simple Servings: Allergen-conscious meals prepared without 8 of the top 9 major allergens, offering safe and flavorful options for guests with food allergies. Chef’s Table: A chef-driven station offering rotating weekly menus inspired by global cuisines such as Indian, Greek, Korean, and other international flavors. Sprout: Plant-forward dishes highlighting vegetables, grains, and sustainable ingredients. Flame: A grill station serving burgers, grilled chicken, and other classic favorites. Home Sauté: Comfort-inspired dishes prepared fresh on the sauté line. UCook: An interactive build-your-own cooking station where guests select ingredients and watch their meal prepared in front of them, with rotating global themes. Bakery: Our in-house baker prepares fresh breads, desserts, and baked goods daily for the Dining Commons. Beacon Scoop Shoppe: A student-run concept offering ice cream in the evenings and custom smoothies Monday through Friday mornings until 10:00 AM.
