Chef’s Table is a chef-driven station located in the Campus Center Food Court at the University of Massachusetts Boston. In the morning, the station features made-to-order omelets prepared by campus chefs with a variety of fresh ingredients and toppings. Throughout the week, Chef’s Table transitions to a rotating menu of globally inspired dishes, with chefs preparing selections such as Indian curries, stir-fry, Greek specialties, Korean favorites, and other internationally influenced meals. As part of UMass Boston Dining’s sustainability initiatives, Chef’s Table participates in campus-wide programs focused on reducing environmental impact and promoting responsible operations. These efforts include food waste tracking and reduction programs, composting and recycling initiatives, energy-efficient equipment, and the use of reusable and recyclable serviceware when possible. Chef’s Table supports UMass Boston Dining’s broader commitment to providing diverse culinary experiences while advancing sustainable dining practices.
