Dot’s Deli is a made-to-order sandwich concept located in the Campus Center Food Court at the University of Massachusetts Boston. The deli serves freshly prepared sandwiches, wraps, and salads to students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors throughout the academic year. Designed for speed and customization, guests can build sandwiches with a variety of breads, proteins, cheeses, and fresh toppings. As part of UMass Boston Dining’s sustainability initiatives, Dot’s Deli participates in campus-wide efforts to reduce food waste, increase responsible sourcing, and promote environmentally responsible operations. These efforts include waste tracking and reduction programs, composting, energy-efficient equipment, and the use of reusable and recyclable serviceware where possible. Dot’s Deli is part of UMass Boston Dining’s broader commitment to advancing sustainable dining practices that support the health of both the campus community and the environment.
