Stations include The World, Street Food, Allgood (including an action station and a deli), Fire & Stone, Greens & Grains, Taqueria, Made Without Gluten Pantry, Toasted, as well as a beverage bar featuring local juices and a dessert bar featuring house-made desserts. The World and Street Food provide an immersive experience into culturally accurate and interesting dishes. Allgood allows our guests to dine without worry of coming in contact with the top 9 allergens, along with the Made Without Gluten Pantry which offers a safe space for gluten-free eaters. Fire & Stone offers fresh pizza with house-made dough and sauce that highlights local ingredients. Greens & Grains is a ever-changing salad bar featuring local and in-season ingredients as well as house-made dressings. The Taqueria features a new taco daily to match with the cultural theme of the week. Toasted has made-to-order bagels and toast with whatever toppings you desire, and a weekly special to match the week's theme.
