The leading restaurant news organization and the leading restaurant sustainability experts are partnering to bring restaurant sustainability education to restauranteurs across the country. Through monthly articles, along with videos and a new podcast on Nation's Restaurant News, the Green Restaurant Association will provide education on a variety of restaurant sustainability topics. Sustainability in the restaurant industry is a hot topic; with many restaurants looking to green their operations without making a large investment. Restauranteurs can look forward to learning how to implement simple sustainability steps that will have the greatest return on investment by decreasing their environmental impact and their bottom line. Education topics will span the Green Restaurant Association's 7 Environmental Categories of Energy, Water, Waste, Disposables, Chemicals, Food, and Building.
