Gladfelter is the main dining hall at Warren Wilson College. It features hot, home-style entrées that frequently use beef, pork, and eggs from the Warren Wilson Farm and fresh herbs and vegetables from the Garden. These local ingredients are also used at the fresh salad, deli, and pizza bar.
